Returns
Returns are generally not accepted due to the custom nature of the products we sell. Any decision to accept a return will be made on a case-by-case basis. If you received a damaged or incorrect order, please see below for instructions.
Return requests due to
• color matching between your screen and the actual item
• wood: species, grain pattern, knots, and similar naturally occurring features
• paint and wood “distressing” effects
will not be accepted as they are covered by the Product Information Disclaimer you agreed to before purchasing.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Please contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and a detailed description of problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, also include several detailed photos of the damage from different angles.
In the case of a damaged item, please be sure to keep all packaging materials as they may be required as part of the insurance claim process.
Refunds
If you refund request is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if your refund is approved
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
