• All of our "rustic" style wooden items are intentionally created to appear weathered and distressed.  Wood used may include knots, dents, scrapes, cracks, and other natural features that add to the rustic styling.  These are not to be considered defects of the items as they are intentional features.  A variety of wood species are utilized in our products, and exact species used will not always be listed and cannot be guaranteed.

• For products that do not state the images you see are of the actual product you will receive, the images should be considered a representation of the item you will receive. We will provide a product with the same level of quality in construction and visual appeal, but natural variations due to the handcrafted nature of the products should be expected. For our wooden items: grain patterns, wood species, paint application, etc. will vary from item to item.
